Straight forward, communication on point, way too easy! 6 Stars! I work in Ohio and needed items for the Mill, Next Day air wasn't going to cut it. Called Milano they picked up the items in New Hampshire and drove straight through to Ohio and I had them that night. Saving the Mill (and my arse) from being down for hours.

When Milano Courier Services came in as the low bidder for our pickup of Kashrus Magazine from the printer, we were apprehensive. Their bid was 2/3 of the next low bid, only 1/3 of the top bid. And they were in a different state from where the pickup and the delivery were to be, but they sent a man who handled the job professionally, made record time and did it all with a pleasant manner. Milano stayed in touch by phone and email until the job was successfully delivered. Highly recommended!

Our shipment had complication after complication (nothing to do with Milano), but Milano worked diligently to make it happen after our regular carrier failed us. Alex was an exceptional representative of the company and kept me updated along the way. Highly recommend.

They were absolutely amazing! I was visiting family in Chicago Wednesday before thanksgiving (flew out from boston the day before) and I needed my new photo ID to get to me before I went out of the country THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING! These guys truly went above and beyond, worked with me within my budget (Fedex/UPS/DHL all told me I wouldn't even be able to get it until Friday or Saturday at the latest) and kept me up to date with every movement or hurdle they encountered trying to ensure my packaged to me in under 24 hours. In the end I was able to call Wednesday and get my ID by Thursday at 6am! While we tried for same day, it just didn't work out given the flight schedule, but they were 100% prepared to try their best to do same day. Absolutely stellar! Thank you all so much!

I accidentally left my cat’s glaucoma medication at my sister’s house two hours away and wasn’t able to turn around and do the four hour round-trip to go get them. Both the veterinary ophthalmologist and my local vet were closed for the weekend, so I wouldn’t be able to get a new medications for two whole days, without taking my nervous cat to an unnecessary emergency vet appointment late at night. I have never used a courier service before, but I thought I would give it a try. The price was very reasonable, I paid online, and the courier picked the medications up at 9 PM and dropped them off at my house at 11 PM. It was excellent! I highly recommend it if you find yourself in a pinch like I did.
